Default I need help figuring out chords to Lou Reed's "New Sensations"

This is one of my favorite songs anybody wrote during the 1980s. The Youtube link I've posted below starts when you can clearly see what Lou's fretting hand is doing. I've studied other people's chord charts and tabs of this song; none of them match the chords he used in filmed performances. I can play the pre-chorus and chorus chords, but I don't recognize two chord shapes he plays during the verses.

Video link:

D chord:
I don't like guilt, be it stoned or stupid

? chord:
Hey, drunk and disorderly, I ain't no cupid

Bm chord:
Two years ago today, I got

? chord:
arrested on Christmas

D chord:
Eve

(If you've never heard this song before, I hope you love it.)

It looks and sounds like

D

x x 0 2 3 2

Cadd9/G

3 3 x 0 3 3

Bm ? all the 2s on a bar third finger on the B string

2 2 x x 3 2

some sort of Bb or F depending on which strings he actually plays with the bar moved to the first fret

1 1 x x 3 1 (or 2 or x)

Hope this helps.

I agree with stanron, pretty much. I think the last chord is a Bb of some kind. It makes the whole sequence logical, as a descent: D-C-B-Bb, but with him adding the 5th of the last 3 chords on the 6th string. The C is an add9, and the Bm is probably Bm7.

In the studio version the Bb actually sounds like a Bb7, but he doesn't seem to playing a shape for that in the live version. (1-1-0-1-3-x is possible, but I can't see his fingers doing that.)

Except those are not correct. No mention of the "Bb" chord, for a start (if that's what it is). No spelling out of the shapes you actually see him playing.

The link takes you what seems to be a thread of posts. Further down one of them does refer to A#, but it's not really helpful.
