Default Alvarez AD65

I stopped by my local pawn shop the other day and found a very nice Alvarez AD65 hanging on the wall. I played it a few strums and looked it over. I left to run some errands. After thinking about it I went back and bought it. It was a fairly cheap purchase but looks great and sounds great. It could use a set up along with a bone bridge and nut but other than that its dang near perfect after just some new strings. I've never seen a flat top guitar with the F holes in it like this but was pleasantly surprised. I tried looking them up but couldn't find much about them. Anyone here have any experience with them?

No experience but there is a YouTube video and here is a link with some pics. They were discontinued in 2001.
