Default Warmest, fullest ( best sounding) sound clip

Which recording sounds the richest/warmest/best to you and why?

All recordings done in DADGAD on a Guild D-120ce, no eq just output gain. Just playing something I made up for this poll.

Is there something you can do to get rid of the hiss on all the tracks? If you have some kind of parametric eq, you can identify the frequency and pull it down a bit. The hiss is so distracting it's really hard to determine which track is better, warmer, or anything else.

To my ears, C had a bright, natural and appealing sound.

A sounded muffled.
B sounded like it had a heavy pan to the right.
D sounded good, but had a little less high end than C.
E was very bottom heavy.

I don't hear a hiss on my 5.1 sound system. Doesn't mean its not there, I just don't hear it on my end. Sorry. Thanks anyway.

E may be the warmest (deadest) but C has the best sound.

I liked both C and D the best with D being a tad warmer. E is plenty warm but not as clear as I like to hear.

Best,
Jayne

B. Just a quick gut reaction, how it hit me emotionally. E was an outlier because it was louder than the first four, so I didn't include it in the voting.

I liked A. Heard through Audio Technical M50 headphones. Sounded warm and lush. I originally thought it was a Taylor 814 in this recording.
