Thanks again, everyone. I changed out the EXP strings for a set of Pearse PB lights, and it brought out some more subtleties to the sound. Lots of playing time ahead of me!

I'm an Eastman lover. A beautiful guitar and if it's a cannon now...wait two years.

They've got it dialed in. I've got an HD-28 in the barn that I love, but 2018 looks to be the year of the Eastman for me.

She's a beauty!

Mortimor, I highly recommend Ted at LA GS. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he's a great contributor to this board. For this guitar, he was my one and only call I had to make.

Major kudos to both Ted, @ LA Guitars, & Eastman. It was a pleasure buying a Taylor from Ted. I'd Rx his low prices, and great service, to anyone...

Eastman builds quality instruments, suitable for a lifetime of professional use. They would be a bargain at twice their price. I own two: a D20 like yours, and an AJ617 carved back jumbo. I still gloat whenever I pick either up. They are the best guitar buys I ever made! Enjoy your new box!

That is a great looking guitar, and from the videos I've watched, it sounds very nice too. Congratulations on the new Eastman!

Bump. Got a new pick guard for my E20D. Traditional, yet modern.

Very nice, did you get it from Stew-Mac?
Looks similar to mine on my E20D

If one were to electrify it, what recommendation would be good for this Eastman guitar? Thanks
