Settled on these three:

Guitar >
Barber Tone Press Compressor >
Boss CE-2 MIJ Chorus >
Ibanez AD-9 Analog Delay >
Amp (w\ reverb)

All of my effects were made primarily for Electric guitar, but they sound really good with my acoustic rig. I also use these sparingly except for delay.

Whatever acoustic 6 or 12 into a Boss GE-7 for boost into a Zoom A2 set up with a single effect (chorus, detune, tremolo, phaser, etc.) on every other preset or onboard effects of Roland Cube 60.

Default Quite pleased with Harmony G

I'm not into overly articulated setups (synths, etc) I focus on vocal with a range of acoustic styles the Harmony G with its nicely done presets for both vocal and guitar works great. Small easily ported stomp box with preconfigured de-essing, compression and EQ which also controls guitar volume (if you wish) to keep it south of the vocal. Adding a slight touch of various harmonies to the vocal (3rd, 5ths, up and/or down, etc) plus doubling is very nice as is the selectable 'detune' for guitar. For small money and it works!

Until a couple of months ago, I used a POD XT Live for my acoustic effects. But then I added a Fishman Aura Nylon pedal, then a Zoom A2, then a JamMan, EQ, and a mixer. My current acoustic pedalboard looks like this:
