I am somewhat at the mercy of the GC staff as they still have a business to run while we hold a shootout.

I will attempt to cover all the variables equipment wise (second L1 bass module, 2 Soloamps, sub for Solo, etc.). Recording the event might be a stretch but I am camcorder shopping, we'll see.

Stay posted..................

Ditto I certainly can't be any thing but appreciative to any one giving of their own personal time to review or compare.... to the naysayers . " work exactly the same" possibly true in strict technical sense. But in the sense that, the two units are both supposed to be reasonably portable PA systems, both single tower self powered units.. that's close enough for me to want to compare them... or hear a comparison review... Of course its subjective , then again music is subjective, but for me that's not issue. Go for it Rich

Hello to all.

Reading this thread got my curiosity up regarding the Dallas Guitar Center on LBJ, so I trekked over from Cowtown on Sunday to check it out. In looking around the place I really didn't see a big free space for the "shootout" to take place. Is there a "back room" requiring a secret knock on the door in there?

I did see some mysterious looking glass doors that were locked at the time (perhaps the Jim Morrison room or something).

Endpin,

There is room, but neither Elvis or Jim Morrison have accepted. Hendrix is a "maybe".................

And it is on, the systems are hidden away. I have a new thread started now that I know we are a go for Wednesday night, 7PM. Please post if you can attend, hope you can make it.
