Help! Fishman under-saddle-pickup doesn´t work...

I do not know what is wrong with my Fishman-Acoustic-Matrix 1 pickup.
It only buzzes slightly when run through my AER Alpha.
How can I test if either the under-saddle-transducer is the culprit or if the preamp is broken?

Please call Fishman's Customer Service guys or email them through the website. There are too many questions that need to be asked before anyone could give you a proper solution. You'll get all the help you need from Frank or Derek.

I´ve already contacted them.
I only hope I got the right e-mail-contact through "general inquiries" of their website.
Suppose I´ll have to wait a couple of days.

Thanks, I´ll leave them one or two more days and then use that!

After searching every possible culprit I found a cold junction of the battery clip.
Of course as always--only at the end of my check! ;-)
