Default felix output problem

All of a sudden all my felix outputs stopped working , except for DI 1 .All I get from those other outputs are a humm and hiss sound.Anybody else have issues with their felix ?

There are too many buttons on the Felix and
Are easily pushed while handling the preamp.
I don't know how you are using it but I would
Make sure you haven't pushed a button on the
Back. Mic/line button in the wrong position will
Give you what you are describing. If you have it in mix
Mode as opposed to a/b mode make sure your blend knob
Is not panned to ch 1. These are Simple fixes that I have
Done or looked at in the past sorry if you have already tried this.
I would also test your input cords elsewhere to make sure
Your actually getting a signal to the Felix. Grace design has
An email for support . Two days ago I had a question about mine
And they got back to me within 3 hrs.. I thought that was pretty good,
