Not chorus, but I have used my old (1974) MXR Phase 90 to excellent effect on acoustic guitars for recording.

Boss CE-5 here, but I use it more with my electric guitar. Plugged in acoustic, I'll use reverb much more often than my chorus pedal.

I've had a Digitech Multi Chorus pedal for a few years without any issues. I use chorus so sparingly that having a high end one would be like buying a Porsche and never going over 15 miles per hour.

Nah. You can't have too much gear.
MXR M134 and the DLS Chorus Vib are top notch.

Pause when you see this pedal board. Sounds like a great setup.
Disclaimer - I have no pedals at all for my guitars, and I have never used any!
