Chris, those look great! I like that little wood inlay you did on the side of the body.

They are actually lutz tops. Here are the full specs:

Concert body shape
Lutz spruce tops
Black walnut/burled black walnut 3 piece backs, walnut sides
5 piece walnut, white oak, black veneer necks
Ebony bridge, fingerboard, and binding
Burled walnut rosette, "radial" purfling, end wedge, heel cap, headstock
overlays, side inlay
14 frets to the body
20 frets total
Oval sound ports
Matrix Infiniti Pickups
Gotoh 510 Tuners

Thanks J.R. My client wanted to incorporate as much burl as possible, so this was my one last way to work in something subtle.

Thanks for the kind words Marty. While the guitars are twins, the recipients are actually 3 years apart. I haven't heard from the grandfather yet if he has given the guitars to the kids yet. But I sure hope so.
