CA Cargo mods
Well I went for it and now own a Charcoal CA Cargo. After owning several small travel guitars, I think this is the one! I am curious what strings others are using (for fingerstyle) and any modifications you have made. Also, is there a blog or forum around for CA guitars?
Happy New Year

The only thing I did was switch to 80/20s to brighten it up a bit. I love this little guitar - sits out all the time so it gets played more than my "good" guitars.

I had a Cargo and the little thing was so "bright and cheery" that I eventually took the John Pearse Armrest off and put warmer phos-bronze strings on it to tame it some. I was thinking of going to mediums to beef up the sound a bit, but never got around to it. Had to sell it for a house maintenance issue -- That same guitar is now for sale in the classifieds and it is a sweetheart.
