Since a lot of folks find getting pictures into the forum daunting, I'd recommend you go to Stewart-MacDonalds web site and poke around in the tuners section till you find a replacement set. If you are careful to get a set with the same specifications, it is a screwdriver job to change them over. StewMac does post dimensions for many if not all of the tuning machines they offer.

You can find many name brand tuning machine replacements on ebay, both single and whole sets if one were inclined. A fair number of parts too, with a little luck!
