setup is of huge importance on mandolin, it will either help or hurt you.

be sure to check into working with the supplied setup to make it fit you exceptionally well.

MandolinCafe is a great place to hang and learn.

here is an excellent online learning site for all levels-be sure to throw him some bucks if you use it a lot.

So I went to visit the little guy, and the first thing he asked me was did I get a mandolin yet. I told him one was in the mail, and he should tell Grandma I needed a bass fiddle. He asked me where I would put it. Has a good point as my music room is filled with guitar cases, steels and recording and audio gear.
