Tusq ages with a nice patina
My cedar topped Tayor GC is a few years old now and the top has darkened nicely.
I've also noticed that the Tusq saddle and nut (which I put in) have darkened considerably. My Taylor 12-string has a Tusq nut and saddle that are about two years newer. These are aging as well but I can see such a difference. I love the way it looks and dread the day I have to put a strikingly white one in there.

Noticed this recently on my 11 year old DN8. The aged color Looks great with the burst.

My 17 year old Rainsong WS-1000 has its original Tusq nut and saddle, and they are a fairly dark brown by now, not unlike unstained mahogany.
