Truss Rod Wrench for Ovation

Can anyone tell me what wrench to use/what size wrench to use for an old (circa 1980s) Ovation Electric/Acoustic Legend cutaway guitar. My Martin-style/size wrench won't work. I can't make out whether it's a hex or socket hex wrench. Any help greatly appreciated.
