When did the ES2 system start?

Up until this year (2017) models, the es-2 was only on the 200 deluxes and up. Now it is on the 100 and 200 series. So I believe yours may have either the es-t or es-1. Still, great find.

For further clarification, check the serial number or just call TAylor to find out everything about your guitar

Enjoy!

One possibility is returning my GPCRSGT and maybe stepping up to a Gibson J45 or a higher end Martin or Taylor.

Nice, I believe it has the ES-T system then.

No idea why they were selling it that low. What a steal!

That's like a 200 dollar guitar with a Taylor case, lol

1. Killer price, like stupid-good deal there! Well done, sir!
2. ES-T is ok and gig-worthy. Not amazing, but you could easily do worse.
3. The 200 series at today's used prices are great values, IMHO. You got yours for less than the cost of a beat-up GSmini!
Congrats!!

FWIW, I recently picked up a 210Dlx for a song ...not as crazy good a price as yours, but a superb deal, nevertheless. If I didn't care for it, it'd be an easy turn-around. But as soon as tuned it up I was stunned at how good and solid these 200s sound!

The hard case is a Road Runner, but it fits it perfectly
