Fabulous amps, but you find ALOT for sale used because folks have a hard time using them because they are SO loud! Then they came out with the M12. 12 watts designed specifically as a pedal platform. It is so sweet!

I've found that you don't loose much tone going low vol.

My opinion is not so much that they are loud (tho they really are!) as that they have that tone: you can hear them forever. Like other top-flight gear, they occupy their own space in any mix.

Last time I played electric I had my Maz8 on the 2-watt triode setting playing outside with everyone else using tons more wattage, and I was the one got the turn-down request.

You get a Dr Z and you Will Be Heard. For better or worse :-)
