Oh yes!! This is my Newcaster Tele... It gets played almost every day. I really love the versatility of sounds I get from this one. Notice the coil switching?

I just have this one. B-Bender, Fender Noiseless pickups, and "7 way Strat" wiring. Covers a lot of good Tele and some nice Stratty sounds in positions 2 and 4.

Got to love a Telecaster. Picked up a Merle Haggard Tuff Dog but I'm afraid to play it hard. It's just to pretty. I think I need to get a beater.

Love Teles. Simple, versatile... I personally hate tremolo systems.

I have a Fender Mexican Telecaster, lefthanded.

Only thing I don't like about the standard tele is the lack of contours on the body. I find it a bit uncomfortable sitting and playing.

The Fender American Telecaster has a belly contour I believe.

Yes they do have the contour since at least 2012. I have an American Standard Tele (candy cola) and has it.

I love my Tele...Roy Buchanan heaven! I bought it for the country twang but since then have discovered so much it has to offer.

I play the same piece on my Strat then my Tele. Worlds apart. Glorious worlds, but definitely apart!

The Tele makes me want to bend and bend and play with simple tones. It really works your skill.

Got a candy apple red MIM Standard Tele. She's one of my favorite guitars.

I watched some Seasick Steve and some Jack White tonight on some old recorded stuff on the PVR. Pulled out the Tele and went to town for 2 hours. Thanks for reminding me why I love this thing...

Partscaster, John Suhr Tele, 1953 Fender Tele and the last one started life as a 68 tele custom with maple cap neck, now has Van Zandt Pickups and Glaser bender on B and G strings. I served 25 years playing in a top 40 country band, the 68 was my main guitar for most of those years.

You'll never find a shortage of Tele love here at the AGF. We've got our own Tele mafia.

Yep, lots of Tele love here. I am the owner of a gorgeous G&L ASAT Classic which I've owned since 2005.

Last week I bought a classic 60s Telecaster and I love it. It buzzes a bit compared to my American Standard Strat and the US built G&L but I plan to get the cavities shielded and then it should be excellent!

Thumbs up

None in the fold just yet, but I'm eagerly ticking off the days till my acoustic is paid for and I can order a Ron Kirn!

If I was told tomorrow I could only have one guitar, it'd be my trusty tele I've had since I was 18.
