At first, I was not particular fond of the Savoy. But it's growing on me. Part of my increased interest is the potential of a nylon string version.
When Joe did the Super OM, five people asked for a nylon version, and he did them. I wonder if he would do the same with the Savoy? |

Yea, most classic car guys ignore the law and use decorative front plates, but in LA it's only a matter of time before you get a fix it ticket.

Off topic, but in most states the requirement for a front plate is to ensure that the speed control radar or LIDAR has a perpendicular reflective surface to make sure they can get a reading. Ask a traffic cop - they aim the viewfinder for the license plate.
