Default Eric Skye In Bucks County Pennsylvania October 24th

I’m doing an intimate solo house concert near Point Pleasant PA,*which is a few miles North of the town New Hope, where I grew up. It promises to be a very special evening of up close and personal acoustic music in perfectly quiet setting, with new friends to be made, in a beautiful antique stone home.

I was child in this wonderful area in the late 60’s though the mid-70’s. I’ve only been back once since. I have a lot of great memories there. With both parents having passed now I’m looking forward to a nice, and probably a little sad, trip down memory lane. I’m even bringing alone my big sister, which I’m very excited about too. Okay, probably TMI... Anyway, Doors open at 6:30, concert at 7pm. Tickets must be purchased in advance, at http://eric-skye-in-bucks-county.eventbrite.com

Ok fellas - what's the best way to ask your lovely bride to take you to a concert on your wedding anniversary?

Tell her your taking her to a lovely dinner @ L'Hotel du Village in N.H. (actually Solebury) and then you're going to Eric's house concert afterwards!

It sounds like a lovely evening. Tis a shame we are not able to visit all the small settings we know we would like.

Default Very much looking forward to this

Eric,
I just got my ticket. I've only discovered your playing over the last year or so, but I'm very impressed and a big fan.

See you soon
Charlie

Default Thanks to our musical hosts

What a great night of music. Eric, your playing was very inspiring. I'm pretty much a bluegrasser and now you have opened up the world of jazz to me.

It was great seeing you and Mark do a couple of tunes also.

Thanks,
Charlie

Up until about 2 years ago we had a house about 2 miles from Point Pleasant. It's too bad we don't have it any more--I would have really enjoyed the music and the setting. I bet it was fantastic. Really beautiful part of the world . . . .

Tim
