What used to be the Fan Fest in Nashville is now Wide Open Bluegrass and it's a huge free street festival with 4 free stages plus the ticketed amphitheater shows. The city of Raleigh is all in with their support. The exhibit hall is inside and it's open to the public on Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3, 2015.
