There are a number of companies that have a similar product with some variations.
Here is one https://blackmountainpicks.com/colle...mountain-picks

Thanks, those don'e help, thumb picks which not comfortable at all with (at least yet)
Just want pick normally like pick on electric guitar, thumb and index holding it; yet somehow get to the pick easy, then go back to finger pick. |

Watch the technique by a good player to see how it's done. Richard Thompson is a good place o start.

Try Sharktooth picks, they are ideal for hybrid picking. When properly adjusted you can use it either like a thumbpick or a normal pick. You need to make a few adjustments in you picking hand orientation, but it's well worth it.

Are you talking about hybrid picking with pick and fingers at the same time or palming the pick and playing with only fingers and going back and forth using the pick then palming it again?

Well yeah. As noted, there is hybrid picking where you use the flatpick and then your middle and ring fingers to flesh out the melody and harmony lines. Roger McGuinn and James Burton are others you can listen to if you want good examples.

Look at Tim Pierce and Mateus Asato. Somehow they put the pick between index and middle fingers, don’t drop it, and switch back and forth seamlessly.
I think you just need to get a pick and constantly practice keeping it there all the time throughout the day, switching back and forth. A friend of mine is a magician, he always has something in his hand (pencil, coin…) and messes with it constantly. Same difference. Me I trained myself to hybrid pick… switching to and from pure pick/fingers isn’t safe yet.

Frank thanks, I think you understand my question.
That said, I decided to just either go all pick or all fingers and too much pita. But... if someone GOOD videos to show how train yourself to pull this off I'll watch. |

And another "hybid picking" instructional demo from Zak Hobbs: The only other thing you need besides a flat pick is practice. |

Pete Townshend has mastered it but I'm having trouble finding a good clear clip.
At exactly 2.40 minutes he somehow switches from strumming with pick to finger style then back to a pick again during the solo!
