A shoutout to McPherson
As I mentioned in my thread regarding my shipping issues, I was having an issue with the Element pickup in my Sable. I contacted Ted and he reached out to McPherson to see what we could do. Larry Klenc and the team at McPherson have been fantastic. They have gone above and beyond to be helpful and got my guitar in, swapped the pickup out and shipped it back overnight the next day. The tech even called me and we discussed the issue and solution. Fantastic customer service! Larry has also been more than helpful in dealing with the shipping snafu I had.
