I was hanging my seventh Hercules wall hanger and realized "I should add these to the list"

Right here I saw the musicnomad string winder. With a rubberized covering, soft on the buttons, grips well and just works smoothly.

Sure don't understand this. My winder never touches the headstock. It's crazy how fast I can string up my guitars with it. So much less fuss too.

Not sure if this counts but the unplugged reverb inside Yamaha Transacoustic guitars is pretty amazing.

The person playing the thing. Without it the guitar is simply an in animate silent object. Below is a close second.

Invented before the guitar existed and not exclusively made for the guitar?

Not such an obvious answer since it doesn't really apply to the question.

All right, I'll play.

* Snark tuners. I remember what it was like before and wouldn't want to go back.
* Gotoh 510 machine heads.
* G7 capos.
* String winders.

Everything else doesn't warrant the "intelligent" descriptor.
