Smile Once a Lurker, Now a Poster =D

Hey all! I joined sometime back last year, but haven't really been active... Much MORE active on a local site "guitar4christ". Decided to stop lurking and start posting here and learn as much as I can from you guys... Play in church with several bands either rhythem, lead guitar or piano or synthesizer...

Look forward to speaking more with all of you here all over the world! =)

Awesome man, always good to have a fellow musician join. There are so many people here that can teach you new stuff, and many people can learn from your experience also.

I also play piano and guitar on a church worship team.

Another warm welcome, natx. You're among friends here. The AGF is not a Christian forum per se, but we Christians are welcome, along with everyone else. I think you'll like it here.

We've found that we sometimes like to talk with our fellow AGFers about even the most sensitive of topics, like politics and religion. Because we've also found that those discussions require an awful lot of maturity, self control and a commitment to this forum, we've limited those two topics to a section that's available only to Charter Members, called the Loading Dock. Even there, we abide by our No. 1 rule, "Be Nice," but that certainly doesn't mean we have to agree on things. We don't, but we remain respectful of each other. At least we try. At least most of us...

Glad to have you with us!

Thumbs up Welcome!

I am also a newbie to the forum. If I may be so bold, what kind of guitars and equipment are you using for worship?

I have just changed to using my Taylor K22ce both on and off the stage. Don't use any pedals whatsoever and plug it to a front of hall(FOH) mixer (i.e. Yamaha MG16/6FX) from there it goes to a Hellen and Heath Mixer. Yupp... Previous setups include going through a LR Baggs Para Acoustic DI... Hope this answers your qn =)
