NU incoming!
Oh man, I've caught the bug. I took a look at the table of contents of the Daily Ukelele book, and there are all the old songs I like to play & sing. So of course, I had to get a ukulele to go with it, right?
So a cute lil soprano Ohana with solid mahogany top is winging its way to me right now. It should arrive Monday. Yay!!

Congrats! Ohanas are very nice instruments. You should be very happy with it. Enjoy.

New ukulele has arrived!
Thanks! I'm delighted with it already. Just the sound of tuning up brought half the office over to my cube, all smiles. Yes, it's true what they say about ukuleles!

I took up uke in 2000 when hand and wrist pain began preventing me from playing guitar and bass as much as I wanted. It's been my main instrument ever since.

Sometimes I swear I'd rather play uke than guitar.
They are addicting little things, aren't they?
