I was just there on Friday but didn't check out any of the Farida's. I would have been there today if they would have been open. Oh well next week I will get back there.

Cool, you gotta play one, if you have the time. Some day soon I'm going to show up there, in person, to try out the solid body models, to hear them for myself.

From Elderly site, there're some in stock, like:
OT-23NA(Natural top, laminated rosewood) Wide Neck
OT-25VBS(Sunburst top, solid hog) Wide Neck
OT-26VBS(Sunburst top, solid rosewood) Wide Neck

Just a guess. They're delivery dates are pretty hard and fast because they know how the American market works and if they miss they're chance, they won't get another one.

In my guitar quest, I was looking at those, but saw the whole thing about Unknown Delivery, and that was a turn off for me. Someone keep us posted about this. I honestly would have gotten this instead of the Big Baby Taylor I have on order but with the uncertainty, went with the Taylor instead.

Not "Unknown Delivery", but "Unknown Arrival".
Perhaps you would have gotten this if Elderly had marked it as "it's coming".
In other way, "Late Arrival"(Unknown Arrival) also can be considered seriousness for producing. Who knows.

I was watching out of curiosity to see if they did any black Friday deals on these and was surprised to see the price went up instead of down.
The demand must be good enough to warrant the increase.
