Default Fall Ltd Cocobolo - GAce-LTD

Do any of you guys have one of these? Or have test driven one? If so, please review.

I played a friend's... it was jaw dropping gorgeous and sounded nice, but my Webber (at the time-- was a coco/engleman roundbody) blew it away tonally.

In your opinion, did it sound much/any better than EIR/Sitka (standard 814) Taylor's in general?

BTO'ing one of these would cost much more than the LTD me thinks so perhaps if I miss this fall I can just wait for the next Coco-round ... ??

Taylor is constantly cranking out limitless limited editions. Cocobolo seems to be one of their favorite woods they use in these, though they try to mix up the woods and options from edition to edition with each new batch so it is not always the same thing.

Where is a good place to get an idea of what Taylor has done with Coco LTDs in the past? Specs etc.?

Just got the lastest issue of Wood and Steel in the mail. There is a page on the Fall LTD Coco/Sitkas in the GA and GS models. I kinda like the new fretboard inlay and rosette.

I don't think that one sounded any better than the regular 814's I've played. It was really nice, but I think I expected more from the sound because of how cool it looked.
