World's Most Inept Phishing e-mail?
Is there anyone both smart enough to use a computer and stupid enough to fall for this?

Seems legit enough and all.
 . Perhaps you need to send them an email back... Claiming that their long lost "Uncle Gerald" has died and you need their bank information as well as passport/identity information immediately to process the inheritance before it is confiscated by The Federal Government....

Umm well- what I'm about to say really, truly occurred...
Around 8 years ago I received a response- obviously fake- for a guitar I was selling. They would pay me by money order, a carrier would pick it up...etc. So I asked the person for his phone number. He obliged. I called him, and he was in Africa- obviously. Could hear others talking in the 'call center.' I got upset with him very much...and the last thing I remember him saying is that the 'Blood of Umgula will Rise against me..'...he was really angry and animated. I'll never forget that.
