Agreed that all kinds of music can be played on a nylon / classical guitar.
Check out Keola Beamer and Jeff Peterson, who play Hawaiian Slack Key guitar on nylon string guitars a fair amount. Lindsey Buckingham also comes to mind...

Guy Van Duser plays all sorts of stuff on nylon. Lindsey Buckingham of course does some stuff on nylon: Big Love, Brushes (instrumental version of Never Going Back).
I play classical on the nylon and some classical on steel string. I play jazz, rock, and sacred on nylon. The only thing I don't like to play on nylon is blues, although it can be done. Jon |
