Your off to a nice start! Try to free up that Right hand. You are gonna want to use that ring finger soon! An anchored pinky can work for and against you.

Yeah, I'm continually surprised by the tone and depth of this cheaper guitar. It also has laminate back and sides of Mahogany.

Thank you. It's part of Mark Goldenberg's "The Soft Shell" Just diving into learning it now. I always like to learn something that is totally out of my wheelhouse. Makes you a better all round player.
Right Marty, me neither. I get what others say about the methods we all do or don't do but everybody has to figure it out they're own way. I have changed a lot since the 80s but somethings haven't needed to change.
