Default Signet Guitar - Help identify

Howdy Folks-

Found this guitar for sale without a label inside - the seller and I know nothing about it. Anyone have any clues about quality and value?

What is the name on headstock? Can't read it from photo.

The headstock says "Signet"

I just found a website - rather marginal, not up to date, and without contact info. Cell phone pics of planing neck stock and the usual inspiring rhetoric.

Signet was an import distributed by Selmer in the late 60's-early 70's. Selmer was part of Ampeg at the time.
