How could you expect to be in profit? Second hand guitars, even by well known makers, usually sell for 60 - 70% of their new price, that's the way the world is.

I am not expecting to be in profit at all. I realise the used price difference. I was merely responding to the previous posters comments that he made a profit on his guitar sale.
