Default No Sir....This Is Just Wrong

I've spent over 30 years - living right, treating people like I want to be treated, changing my strings regularly, humidifying - to be known as a conscious GUITAR player then this invitation arrives this morning..........

More Than Just a Banjo Camp - Midwest Banjo Camp XIV
June 7-10, 2018 - Olivet College Campus - Olivet, MI

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever be invited to a BANJO Camp.. Honest. I've only ever touched a banjo, one time, in college. But I was just experimenting, really ......sad day indeed........

72 hours of total banjo immersion sounds OK to me Steve.

I wonder what they’ll immerse them in ?

I would have thought dropping them into the rapids from a canoe would give them a traditional but dramatic send off.

Maybe Elderly is trying to tell you something. Maybe your profile for browsing includes an accidental visit to animal husbandry sites? Might be some unfortunate results from your Ancestry.com profile?

Its actually worse than you imagine. If I recall, that is a banjo AND ukulele camp.

Not all bad. Free transportation from your hotel albeit on a short school bus.

Oh, they'll tout the 72 hours of total banjo immersion all right.

What they fail to mention is that the last 71 3/4 hours is spent trying to get out.

Surely ... your sins will find you out. Now, tell us about the accordion thing. Or was it bagpipe?

Meet Our Staff!!!

The kid they cast in the movie actually does play and he has made a career out of his part in the movie. His name eludes me but I think he lives and performs around Alabama.

I think you’d want to camp on site for the full immersive experience, there’ll be fun n frolics all thru the night I’d imagine.

It’s not all just banjos n ukes either, there’s lots of activities for all the family, tractor pulling, hog callin’ , shootin’ up old cars, makeovers (includes mulletting, beard matting and reverse dentistry).

You are gonna have a whale of a time .

The most popular and effective pick-up line during this event will be “I like your tooth!”
