Default FS: Northwood R80 - OOOV Rosewood/Cedar

SOLD - thank you!

I have found another guitar to bring home, so one of our guitars has to go.

For your consideration:Northwood R80 - OOOV - Rosewood & Cedar

This is simply a fantastic hand crafted guitar by John McQuarrrie in British Columbia. It has a gorgeous Cedar top with Indian rosewood back/sides, This is a beautiful full sounding guitar with great clarity. It is very responsive finger style guitar and can handle a pick too.

The is in excellent condition with no significant dings or scratches to the finish of the guitar. It is wiped down after playing and stored in the case when not being played. There is an indentation about the size of a pencil point in the lower bout, (difficult to photograph) and what appears a two small barely visible indentations which were on the guitar when I purchased it new (also in the lower bout). In the interest of full disclosure I wanted to mention them.

John's OOO's are similar to an OM short scale and extremely comfortable & playable. Ergonomically feels like a perfect custom fit guitar when holding and playing. I believe the neck's by John McQuarrie are simply the most comfortable I have experienced on any guitar.
