Good thing you’re retiring from teaching, I hope you may eventually be able to adapt to normal adult society and never, ever have to use dreadful new wurdz like “chilaxin” again.

I'll be retired. I'll be piddling around with a few projects here at the house. I'll still own an office building so will do the same there.
Play lots of guitar, maybe actually be good at it someday. Play some golf. Aggravate the grandkids. Avoid getting on Mrs DB's nerves Spend a chunk of the winter on the Texas islands. Do some charity work, specifically teaching low income people about finance. Make an effort to leave the world in a better place than I found it. |

My plan, God willing, is to retire in a year and a half.
Spend the winters in Florida. Be a blessing to my grandkids, family, and friends. Sleep more. Breathe fresh air. Enjoy every day. Read and meditate on the word daily. Play tennis every day. Enjoy fine wines. Laugh. Play guitar. Smell the roses.

Started a band last summer, members range in age from 63 to 75 - hoping to be around to open for the Stones on their 2023 World Tour...

In 5 years I'll be 78 so I will be happy to be still here, in good health, playing one of my guitars and teaching my grandchildren to play

Still working as my retirement account took a big hit during the recession. But, that's life. Being healthy, mentally and physically, is the most important to me

I expect it to take another hit next year when we leave the EU. Atv present we're getting by. After last year's cancer scare - I'm just hoping I'll be around for another five years, to beat my dad.

I think I'll be wishing I were five years younger.
