Default If money doesn't matter, what tuners would you buy?

I'd be looking at the Sloanes with the precision ball bearings on each string roller. Don't need them, but luxury can be a trip.

I'd have to consider how they would appear on my Silvertone/Sears model 148. Spankin' awesome, I'd think.

I have zero knowledge about tuners. At first glance I thought this might be about guitars, to which I would have answered Yamaha, so I guess that's an indirect answer about tuners.

Maybe, instead of my trying to decide on tuners, I should just buy a really expensive guitar, thereby placing the decision in the builder's hands.

I think the high end Rubners are as good as any at a third or less the cost.

I recently replaced the tuners on my GK Pro Negra with these Rubners.

All strings nylon is a great place to shop for Rubber tuners. I love these tuners.

Pricey, yes...but I'm a big fan of Scheller tuners, not be confused with Schaller tuners (which are fine tuners as well)

I actually replaced the stock tuners on my lowly LaPatrie Etude (cracked a button) with Schallers--ebony button, I think they were about $75...and it made a huge difference.

There's plenty more expensive and fancier, of course, but these look great and that guitar is so easy to keep in tune now...great product.
