I didn't know this song so I went to You Tube to give you a honest opinion. It is indeed a beautiful song. Although I have noticed that you have missed some chords changes. I would humbly tell you that take a good attention to the video and see the changes and bridge of the song. Your version is not bad but it needs some changes, I hope it makes some sense. Yours sounds good anyway.

I did change it up a bit. The original has some minor chords and a different feel. I just tried to make it my own. Thanks for listening.
