Default Gerhard Gschossmann - "Here, there and everywhere" - Beatles

Hi friends of guitar music,
it took me some time to make new recordings but here is what I recorded today, this is my arrangement of that wonderful Beatles song, released on the album "Revolver" in 1966.
Although this is a pop tune, back then the Beatles started to use some jazzy chords in their songs, what finally ended up in those outstanding tunes like "Because".

greetings from Germany
Gerhard

played on a wonderful Albert & Müller CL3 classical guitar

Nice arrangement. I enjoyed that.

You might want to change the link, because it doesn't work as it is now.

Nice job! I like the way it sounds on nylon. Good to see you here again.

I have a Beatles finger style book with a similar arrangement, great stuff.

Hi TBman,
yes, the original chords and the mood of this tune already give a clear way for an arrangement, if one will keep the mood of it and not shift it into an other rhythm thing.... but I always loved this tune and with my right percussive rhythm it makes realy fun to play.... ;-)))

greetings from Germany
Gerhard

Good job. A bit more up tempo than usual.

Hi Derek,

thank you very much... When I was young, I was a really big Beatles fan and I listened the music all the time. Today, I am still a big fan of the Beatles, but when listening to one or the other song, I am surprised that the tempo is faster than I had in mind...

greetings from Germany - Gerhard

Hi Fred,
thank you very much.... As written to Derek (rick-slo) above, the tempo may be a little faster than the original tune of the Beatles, but I found what really helped my solo version was to bring in a percussive thing with the right hand what makes the groove. In the original tune, there are little drums, but they are mixed in in very low volume and one really has to listen closely....
But it is a very nice Beatles song.... ;-)))

greetings from Germany - Gerhard
