For Sale: SOLD: Breedlove American OM/SM w/ K&K

8-24-15 SOLD!!

For sale is my 2010 Breedlove American Series OM/SM with K&K pure mini. Solid Sitka spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides. Rosewood fretboard and bridge. 1 3/4 nut, 2 1/4 spacing at the saddle.

Guitar is in great shape except for two dings on the lower bout, treble side. Normal fret wear for a 5 year old guitar (pics added).

Plays very nicely. Very comfortable neck. Action is 3/32 at the 12th fret, low E string. Arch-top hardshell case included.

Selling to fund a rosewood OM purchase. If money were no object, she wouldn't be on the block.

Absolutely beautiful OM! Look at that silking! Have the same tuning machines on my Eastman and they're terrific. Been wishing for an OM. Wish I could do more than send a compliment!!! Alas, I don't get my bonus until December.

Great sounding guitar and fantastic playing!! Love your take on Wildwood Flower too.

This seems like a great deal and certainly a better sounding guitar than a similarly priced Eastman.

That's my boy, keep it, it never disappoints and you will not recover enough to replace it. They are wonderful builds and such rich tonal vibes from a classic shaped guitar.

I remember having one of these in the first version when they first came out. I had it for two weeks but took it back to GC because it was so close to my D16GT. I remember now they were American made. Since the newer owners took over its been a bit different from the old Breedlove I knew. I've had a few over the years. Very cool guitars. I'll stew on it. I've been wanting a rosewood OM or short scale OM/000.

IIRC these are Sapele not hog correct? I realize similar species.
