Default New Solomon Imperial archtop guitar for AGF member

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to share a guitar that was made for an AGF member that saw the last one that I posted and wanted one just like it. This one turned out really nice, and I hope that he is pleased with it! It is going to its new home in the Southwest tomorrow. I think this guitar will like being in warmer drier climes! I know that I would! This guitar has an Adirondack Spruce top, curly Koa back and sides, quartersawn cherry neck, Brazilian Rosewood fretboard.

Peace,

Erich

Beautiful guitar. The green purfling? really stands out, I love it. Any way it could drift through the Northwest on the way to the Southwest?? lol,
Very nice work Erich!

Default New solomon imperial archtop guitar

I am the owner of this fine Solomon instrument and am extremely happy with this Imperial that Erich Solomon built for me.

I received the Imperial last Friday and must say that I became hooked at first play. I really like the tone, feel, construction, and beauty of my new guitar.

In my humble opinion, this Imperial is a top tier instrument built by a top tier luthier. I now have first hand knowledge as to why Erich has a multi year build list.

Kudos to Erich for his exemplary work. I've had a lot of fun working with him on the commissioning of my special Imperial.

Sincerely,
Art
