Question Jethro Tull's TEACHER

Can anyone tell me what guitar chord is ringing out across the rhythmic stabs in the verse. Rhythm section is A, G, D (probably all flats, to be specific, but I've tuned down 1/2 step). I can't figure out the voicing of the chord that hangs out there during the A (beginning of each measure of the verse, after the singing comes in). Help!
