Default Poll: How many guitar did you buy this year? (Got the idea from TBman!)

I'm sorry, I know that I'm a thread idea stealer (sorry TBman!!!), but I thought this would be cool to do a poll on this.

Oops! I meant to put zero in there at the beginning. Oh well. Maybe an administrator could help me out and put a Zero at the beginning and get rid of Fourteen!

I said five but, to be honest, I'm not quite sure. I know the only one I held onto was a Hamer Artist Korina P90 (man, this thing is sweet...). I did order a custom GS, but that won't arrive until January 2008, so it doesn't count.

What came & went (I think):

'99 712ce
415ce
Nashville Telecaster
Blueridge BR-43 (Forgot about that one)

What's funny is I told myself at the beginning of the year that I was set and didn't need any new guitars. What's new?

I want to see Matt John Paul's answer! Matt John Paul this is not a slight for you have the right to buy and sell whatever you want! No one has a right to criticize you for it either. I am sure I am not the only one who thought of you when this Poll was put up! I just saw in the other post he bought 41 and kept 7. Less than I thought but still a lot. One thing he is gaining is experience!

Opps, I made a mistake. I just got the Fender 60th year White Strat, and forgot about the Custom Shop ES335 I got last spring.

I bought 4 this year, bought 3 last December (one never arrived... UPS ugh!), and sold 2.

Bought:
2003 Gibson Les Paul
1981 Gison ES-347
197x Epiphone Scroll SC-550
200x Epiphone Casino

Bought December 2006 and sold this year:
1966 Gibson ES-330
1966 Gibson ES-330 (lost by UPS)
1974 Gibson ES-325

No acoustics this year. I joined a band where I don't really need them too much, plus I'm very satisfied with my 410CE and 614CE!

You forgot to add zero as an option. Hence, no vote from me.

There is an important (though perhaps totally objectionable) option missing: 0!

I actually have been patting myself on the back for a couple weeks now for NOT buying a guitar this year. A change from the past few years of multi-guitar purchases.

Of course, there are still a couple weeks to go . . . .

I bought four, two new and two used. Also, I bought a fix-r-up to play with over the winter months. I sold three. My problem, as always, is adequate storage space. Currently, I have ten guitars, a mandolin, an autoharp, an alto sax, a dual keyboard organ, a small electric organ (app.40 something keys), an electric piano, many harmonicas, a fife, and a dulcimer.

Thank goodness I got rid of the drum set.

Well, the year's not over, but I voted 9.

Yikes!

Now if you also count the Deering Banjo I bought this year too, then I'd say it was 10... but I didn't count that.

Surprisingly, someone is ahead of me and had voted 10. Who was that?

I have modified the Poll to include 0.

For those who have posted before me, I've put you into the Poll already and marked you as ZERO.
