Three immediately came to mind for me:

"Tainted Love" – Soft Cell (1982)
Is this the "King of One Hit Wonder Songs", having been recorded by, and a hit for multiple artists?

"Take on Me" – A-ha (1985)

...and my personal favorite, that I think is just a wonderful song:
