Default Mango cedar almost ready for the finisher

I'm liking the collection of brown tones. There is a little naptha on sprayed on to get a look at the true colors.

The purfling is zebra wood, the binding BRW and the bevel is too.

A blend of Ryan bevel at the top and Laskin at the bottom of the bevel. It reminds me of a musical notation.

I appreciate your appreciation guys. Thanks.
Im especially glad you like the Ryan/Laskin hybrid bevel. Its my favorite. It reminds me of a bass clef sign or dare I say it, a Nike swoosh, or maybe better a curl on a lady's cheek. I like that last image best

Thanks. I was a little afraid my guitars might catch fire in Santa Barbara, or is that issue under control.

Yeah, that's one's pretty much under control, but we have new ones popping up daily!

It's been a busy fire season out here in California, that's for sure...

Default The Neck for the mango guitar

The laminations are curly walnut, rosewood, Australian blackwood, and a thin maple line. Most of the colors in the body will be carried over to the neck.

Golly, the more of the "reveal" I see, the more tempting this one becomes. If I didn't have a build right around the corner...ahem...from YOU John, this one would probably be in discussion. This one has the possibilities of being one of your "best lookers" John. Love the radial purfling, the laminations, and...everything else for that matter

Anxious to hear how this one sounds too!! My guess is that this one won't last long at the show...if it makes it to the show

Thanks Mike.
Regardless of who pays what when, this guitar is going to the show. I will need some stuff on my table.
