Just a guess, but I think it's a replica of a Fender, maybe of Springsteen's Tele with a Esquire neck like on the cover of "Born to Run".

Uh, did you see the third photo you posted? It says "Custom Replica" on the back of the headstock, why would Fender put that on a Fender guitar? No, it isn't a guitar made by Fender.

Yea if it was by Fender and if it was a custom replica, it would not say it on back of headstock. Serial #, and custom shop series emblem, will show on back of headstock. Select series and anniversary models will have a medallion on back of headstock as well
