I now have the serial numbers for both guitars for sale. When you look them up, it indicates the guitars are made in Nashville, but the stickers in the body do say Boseman.

So can anyone tell me is $1850 a good price for a 2016 Songwriter Deluxe Studio?

Here are Reverb's Price Guides for this model. You can click through on each of the two models and see the pricing for recent Reverb sales.

Cool, thanks Ed. By the way - where in Ohio are you from? I'm a Pittsburgh boy and an Alumni of Slippery Rock.

unfortunately the price guide can't come up with a 2016 Songwriter.

You bet! I'm in the Youngstown area, so pretty close to Pittsburgh, and even closer to SRU.

It appears to be a fair price for that year. If you’re wanting a Songwriter make the trip and check it out.

Thanks Ron,

Actually, it doesn't have to be a Songwriter... I checked out a Gibson HP 415 W at a local Sam Ash this past week, and I didn't like it right off the bat. It was too light and the neck felt weird in my hands.

The Songwriter caught my attention because of the price, and it has great reviews....plus I like the way it looks
