In the U.S., we have another - Groundhog Day (February 2). Unless you want to argue it's also a squirrel.
"The groundhog (Marmota monax), also known as a woodchuck, or whistlepig, is a rodent of the family Sciuridae, belonging to the group of large ground squirrels known as marmots."

I'm in the US and I forgot all about Groundhog Day. :-)

Squirrels also jump from tree to house. I appreciate them with a pellet gun...

My turn.

I'm playing all of the instruments and harmonies.

I just love your sense of humor and the comfortable vibe of your playing. Fantastic.

I thought this thread was going to have a lot of action, but no.

So here's another one of mine, featuring the Hideous Orange Indonesian Classical (see my sig).

If nobody else throws down, I'll be forced to post the "Big John" style talking-cowboy number with 15 verses. Or the song that disproves the Theory of Evolution. Or the one about the guy who's conflicted because his wife bought him a brand new truck with the money she got from the raise she got when she started sleeping with her boss.

Don't make me do it.

Brent, another great one. First Christmas song I've heard this year.

That is a pretty darn perfect song. Cracks me up about 8 times every time I hear it. The first time being when you count off the band that isn't there.

Okay -- this thread had sunk all the way down to Page 4. We can't be having that.

Here's a country rocker about a woman, her man, her other man, a truck, drinkin', and inner turmoil. Tight jeans and dirt roads both get mentioned in the verse I left out. Really raggedy record-making, lots of Tele twang.
