Thanks JR. You are right about the wood. I have a fingerboard of the same stuff and was thinking about using it on this guitar but decided it would have been too much

Looking at that guitar is a shock to the system! ... in a good way.

Just phenomenal. Hard to put into words. I'm lovin' it!

Thank you sir. I certainly did not want to cause anyone discomfort.
That wood is what steals the show, and I admit, it is shocking wood. Occasionally I look at the guitar and think it's really too much.

Funny you'd say that John. There is a LOT going on there. We definitely pushed the boundaries of our original goal of "traditional with an edge" .

Possibly we should have said "Edgy with a touch of traditional"

Believe you are going to be one happy camper Mike - - -

Can't recall ever seeing another guitar with a woodset or build quite like yours here - very unique

Default Sound

I was a custom knife maker for many years...and Black and White ebony is absolutely my favorite for looks..Often took me 5 years to dry it properly. You guitar has me foaming at the mouth...So, so beautiful!!! Kudos to you for this spectacular guitar. And yes..I am a huge believer in not over doing things..not covering a vase with to many designs...But this guitar...WOW..regardless of all that is going on..It is not to much...It just is something that explodes the senses visually.
Now...I would love to hear some sound clips...Is that possible? Also...could you describe the Basic sound quality of Black and white Ebony. Was only able to find one clip on youtube...and indeed...I was surprised...it did sound very good. It seemed to have very nice clarity with the sharper attack times..which I like. So if you could provide some sound clips and also your personal thoughts about how the of Black and white ebony is..that would be great.

Thanks k & g

I wish I could send you some sound clips. I need some schooling on that.
Anyway that guitar has gone on to its new home.
I will say that I was very pleased with the sound. Excellent balance, good bass response, ice water trebles. It has a rosewoodish sound. I would say quite comparable to good Indian rosewood.
