Default Who is Bill Tyers?

Recently, I've discovered Bill Tyers' arrangements. This man has made myriads of arrangements and transcriptions for fingerstyle guitar, I'm really impressed by his professionalism. However, I would like to read more about him, but I haven't found his bio anywhere or his official site.
